Subject: Immediate seat availability Hospital Emergency Response Training for Mass Casualty Incidents 9th-15th of July

We have an approved pending application on file for you to attend the Hospital Emergency Response Training for Mass Casualty Incidents at the Center for Domestic Preparedness, Anniston, Alabama. We have seats available in the below class, if you are available reply to this notice and I will process your training request. DO NOT submit an additional application simply answer the questions below and reply to this notice.

The seats will be filled on a first come first serve basis so the sooner you let me know the better chance we have of getting you a seat in one of the classes. Please make sure you have made arrangements with your employer to attend the class prior to requesting enrollment so we do not have to cancel you from the class.

The prefer method of communication is by responding to this notice, if you have other questions let me know. All other HERT classes through the end of September are currently full.

You will need to answer the following questions:
Has your employer changed since you applied for training?
Has your medical condition changed since you applied for training?
Has anything changed with your scheduled airport of departure?
Have you moved since you applied?

If personnel do not have an application on file with us for the HER class then they will need to submit the application by going to the CDP website and using this link to apply and selecting the correct class date.
